Back in Colorado

Made our way back east into Colorado.  Learned that feeding the cat right before we leave is a bad idea, cause it leads to some cleanup in the truck..

First stop was the Black Canyon of the Gunnison Park.  Weather definitely changed after leaving Utah.  Sorta rainy and cold, but we made the best of it and hiked on one loop trail and drove down to see the river.

Continued east of route 50 towards Gunnison.  Passed up a few pay campgrounds to find some dispersed BLM camping.  Located a nice, private area to spend the night.  Enjoyed a nice game of Canasta while it rained, then cooked up a mac and cheese dinner.

Headed up towards Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin tomorrow.  Hopefully try some skiing at A Basin on Tuesday!
